       Test method for shock absorption test: helmet wear height to choose the appropriate head mold;Adjust the helmet to normal use according to the helmet instructions,Put the helmet on the head mold normally,Ensure that the contact between the cap band and the head die is natural and stable,Adjust the axis of the drop hammer to coincide with the axis of the sensor,Adjust the height of the drop hammer to 1000mm±5mm;The helmets pre-treated by soaking water, high temperature, low temperature and ultraviolet radiation were tested successively。Record the impact force, down to 1N。

       Puncture resistance test method:Helmet wear height choose the appropriate head mold;Adjust the helmet to normal use according to the helmet instructions,Put the helmet on the head mold normally,Ensure that the contact between the cap band and the head die is natural and stable,Adjust the axis of the puncture cone so that it passes through the weakest point of the structure within 100mm diameter of the center of the helmet cap,Adjust the height of the piercing cone tip to the cap contact point to 1000mm±5mm,The helmets pre-treated by soaking water, high temperature, low temperature and ultraviolet radiation were tested successively,Observe the damage to the power display and safety helmet,Record puncture results。
